Before checkout

Workspace Pass is USD 4.99 for 30 days, 10 cloud template slots, at most 2 MB per template. It is a single payment with no automatic renewal. Local editing and exports remain free. The checkout page shows the final amount and any applicable taxes. A checkout labelled “Test” is a simulation and does not charge real funds.

Receipts and payment status

Waffo processes payments as merchant of record. Use the receipt or invoice supplied by Waffo for the transaction. Your account shows the order reference and status. Choose “Verify payment” if a successful checkout has not updated your pass. Do not pay again just to resolve a delayed update.

Request a refund

Contact zifanwang96@gmail.com from the checkout email. Include the order reference, purchase date and the reason for your request. Never send card numbers or passwords. We review the request and arrange any approved refund through Waffo. Applicable consumer rights and Waffo’s transaction requirements continue to apply. This page does not promise automatic refund approval.

After a refund

Provider processing and your payment method determine when any funds return. Once Waffo confirms a successful refund, access associated with that payment is revoked and new saves follow your remaining account allowance. Existing templates remain accessible for download. Download a copy before deleting cloud layouts.
