Local editing

Image editing, CSV previews and PNG/ZIP exports run in your browser. Choosing an image does not upload it to an image-processing service. Unsaved work is cleared when the tab closes or reloads. Template files you download contain the base image and text fields; keep them somewhere you trust.

Optional cloud saves

“Save to account” asks before uploading the base image and applied fields. We store these in Cloudflare R2 and store layout metadata in Cloudflare D1. Access requires your account session. Download a copy before using “Delete permanently”; deleting removes the cloud object and its library entry. Hosting or provider logs and backups may persist according to their retention processes, so deletion is not a claim that every infrastructure copy disappears immediately.

Accounts and essential cookies

We store your name, email, a password hash and session records to provide account access. Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Optional analytics are described below. Hosting and security providers receive normal request information, including IP address and browser details, and may retain operational logs.

Payments

Waffo handles checkout as merchant of record. We send your checkout email, product, price and an internal account/order reference to connect payment to your workspace. We store order, payment and refund identifiers and access dates. Full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored in the ImageTextKit account database. Payment records may need to be retained for transaction support and recordkeeping even after a data-deletion request.

Requests and analytics

When you submit a request, we store your email, request category and message in private Cloudflare R2 storage so we can review and respond. No image upload is required. We use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit spam. Contact us to request deletion; unanswered requests are reviewed for deletion after 90 days.

Plausible provides aggregate usage statistics. Google Analytics runs only after you choose to allow analytics. Your choice can be changed using “Analytics preferences” in the page footer. Request text, email addresses, images and account details are never sent as analytics event properties. We do not use advertising features.

Support and email

Support messages go to zifanwang96@gmail.com, a personal Gmail inbox. Send only the information needed to resolve your question. If recovery email is configured, your email and reset link are sent through the configured email provider; the recovery page states when sending is unavailable.

Your controls

You can use the local editor without an account, choose whether to upload, download your cloud templates and delete cloud copies. The account ZIP download includes your profile, order history and template files for your own backup. For access, correction, account deletion or privacy questions, contact zifanwang96@gmail.com from your account email. We verify ownership before changing or releasing personal data.
